This batpack is amazing and shipping was very fast. Storage all over it. Holds 3 bats and a huge water bottle. My daughter put her batting helmet in the bottom, infielder's mask and glove in the top. She loves it.

I got a call Tuesday at noon saying they we’re prepping to ship the bag and asked if we wanted them to go ahead and attach the blue ties and send black ones in case we wanted to change later on - the gesture was so nice and convenient I was already touched by that! Literally received the bag the next day before noon. Seriously hands down the best customer service I’ve gotten in SO LONG. We’ve had a regular bat bag of theirs and my son decided to start catching so we had to upgrade. I will not buy a bag anywhere else!!!read less
