I got a call Tuesday at noon saying they we’re prepping to ship the bag and asked if we wanted them to go ahead and attach the blue ties and send black ones in case we wanted to change later on - the gesture was so nice and convenient I was already touched by that! Literally received the bag the next day before noon. Seriously hands down the best customer service I’ve gotten in SO LONG. We’ve had a regular bat bag of theirs and my son decided to start catching so we had to upgrade. I will not buy a bag anywhere else!!! read less

Neither stick fits in the bag and neither does her helmet. Great quality but disappointed in the size of the bag overalland lack of stick loops/sleeves on the outside of the bag. Would love to help contribute to design of next iteration of the bag to make it more effective. read less

Our travel ball team has had the same bags for over 150 games spanning 2 summer and 3 fall baseball seasons. Over this duration the only issue we’ve encountered is a few broken clips. We have used all of the major brands on the market and have yet to see a bag compare to the All Pro Tactical bags. read less
