General Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on preferred rates with FedEx or US Postal Service rates, which are based on our own flat rate or package weight, size, distance shipped and volume. All-Pro Tactical may offer a variety of methods and vendors to ship within the United States and we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Delivery times are not controllable by All-Pro Tactical and will vary from vendor to vendor due to their particular structure and factors like weather, airfield restrictions, acts of God, etc. Currently, All-Pro Tactical does not offer international shipping online. If you are not a U.S. resident or if you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the United States, please contact us directly.
Delivery and Lead Time
Everyday orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends. Please note that orders containing custom name and/or number tapes may take up to 5 business days to ship as these products are produced as orders are placed. Orders taken during sales may incur a delay due to increased sales volume, however we do our best to anticipate those delays and make it a point to call out possible delays in our email notification and/or website banners. Usually, orders completed on weekends ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm EST. If an order is placed before 12 PM EST, the order may ship out that same day.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory records of our products and do not offer online ordering of items that are out of stock or currently backordered. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you directly to provide additional options such as identifying a suitable All-Pro Tactical substitute item or provide a refund. Refunds are issued in a manner consistent with the original method of payment.
